Is your jewellery tarnish-resistant?
• Tarnish-resistant jewellery (Solstice & Treasures Collections): These pieces are water-resistant and tarnish-resistant, made from gold-plated stainless steel, and hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
• Gold-plated jewellery: If an item is not in the tarnish-resistant category, it is gold-plated and requires extra care to maintain its shine.
How should I care for my jewellery?
To extend the life of your jewellery:
✔ Avoid water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.
✔ Store it in a dry place when not in use.
✔ Clean with a soft cloth.
• Order processing: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• UK delivery: Up to 7 working days via Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri.
International shipping:
• EU: Temporarily paused due to new regulations.
• Rest of the World: Up to 20 working days via Royal Mail, Yodel or Evri.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Gift boxes are available in three sizes. Search “gift box” on our website and add it to your cart before checkout.
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unmarked, and returned in full original packaging.
How do I return an item?

• All returns must be sent via a tracked and/or signed-for service.
